- Singular Division divided only by the County road which accesses it (The Windy Gap road or the Humbert Way)
- Road frontage
Both divisions are located in the townland of Sheeans, Castlebar and front The Windy Gap Road, approximately 10/11kms respectively on the Castlebar side of the actual Windy Gap.
Division 1 is an irregular rectangular-shaped division spanning both sides of the Windy Gap Road, and comprises 1.27 hectares (3.13 acres) of reasonable quality grazing.
The second Division comprises 1.12 hectares (2.79 acres). These are situate on the left-hand side of the Windy Gap Road. A singular division comprising two fields with road frontage. This division also extends as far as the Clydagh River and is fair to reasonable quality grazing land which we expect could be improved with reclamations works based on adjoining holdings.
These divisions offer a great opportunity for local farmers to extend existing or neighbouring holdings.
