Under new regulations from the 9th of January, all vendors will require an up to date Building Energy Certificate BER Cert for their property. This applies to both residential and commercial properties whether on the market to sell or lease. The only exceptions are protected structures which do not require one.
All Estate Agents should be fully aware of the new rules.
